Getting to London
By air…
London boasts five international airports (Heathrow, Gatwick, Stansted, London-Luton and London City) and significant national and international rail links.
- Heathrow Airport – travel to central London by Underground (Piccadilly Line), Heathrow Express to Paddington, coach, or taxi cab.
- Gatwick Airport – travel to central London by Gatwick Express to Victoria, coach, or taxi cab.
- Stansted Airport – travel to central London by Stansted Express to Liverpool Street, coach or taxi cab.
- London Luton – travel to central London by train to St Pancras, coach, or taxi cab.
- London City – travel to central London on the Docklands Light Railway (DLR), bus, or taxi cab.
Please note: none of the above airports are near the city centre, please pay attention to the travel times given on the linked sites and be aware that while it is possible to get a taxi from any of the airports into the centre of the city are likely to be expensive.
By train…
London is connected to national and international rail networks with regular services running across the country and to the continent.

Getting to the conference
The conference will be held at King’s College London, Strand Campus. The campus is location fifteen minutes walk from Waterloo Station, ten minutes walk from Embankment tube station (District, Circle and Bakerloo lines) and five minutes walk from the Temple tube station (District and Circle lines).

Accommodation
London is a popular tourist location and as a result there are many hotels and hostel to chose from. The list below gives you an idea of some of the options available in the area surrounding the conference location although it is not intended as an endorsement of these over others in the region.

- Club Quarters – hotels in St Paul’s and Trafalgar Square.
